RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to complete your return, you must reach out to our customer service department via email or phone.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please contact us to confirm the return and shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You further agree that you will not: (a) resell products purchased through use of the Site that are not intended for resale; (b) resell or divert Cocoa Brown Tan products to purchasers outside of Canada; (c) sell products outside of the agreed upon retail site either directly or indirectly through a third party; (d) collect or use any product listings or descriptions; (e) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods from the Site; (f) other than for your use of the Site as expressly permitted in these Terms of Use, access or attempt to access any systems or servers on which the Site is hosted or modify or alter the Site in any way; (g) forge headers, create a false identity or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to deceive others or disguise the origin of any Content or other information transmitted to or via the Site; (h) use, frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Cocoa Brown Tan trademark, logo or other proprietary information (including the images found at the Site, the content of any text or the layout/design of any page or form contained on a page) without Cocoa Brown Tan’s express written consent; or (i) use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing a Cocoa Brown Tan name, trademark, or product name without Cocoa Brown Tan’s express written consent. In addition, you agree to keep all Cocoa Brown Tan pricing and account information confidential

Any unauthorized use of the Site will terminate the permission or license granted by these Terms of Use, will result in you being barred from use of the Site, and may violate applicable law including copyright laws, trademark laws (including trade dress), and communications regulations and statutes.

All product sales from the Site are governed by any terms of sale that may be posted on the Site. In addition, if any item becomes unavailable for whatever reason after an order is accepted, Cocoa Brown Tan may terminate the order by giving you written notice. In such event, Cocoa Brown Tan will contact you to arrange for a refund or provision of credit against future purchase.
